John Joscelyn
John Joscelyn (1529-1603), was Archbishop Parker's secretary, and was responsible for a number of annotations and additions. These comprise: most of the dates after 652 omitted by the original scribe, two complete entries (675 and 730), several parts of entries (725, 758, 759, 792, 901, 903 and 915), and a number of alternative wordings and spellings inserted interlineally (763, 787, 790, 796, 883, 887, 901, 903, 904, 905, 911, 915).
